10.2 All valid entries will be entered into an automated randomised selection process within our competition system.
10.3 The winner will be selected using the built-in random draw function of our competition platform, which randomly selects one valid ticket from all eligible entries.
10.4 Only valid entries complying with these Terms will be included.
10.5 The winner will be notified within 48 hours via the contact details registered on their account. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details are accurate, up to date, and regularly monitored.
10.6 We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details provided. Such efforts may include multiple contact attempts via one or more communication methods.
10.7 The winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

12.3 In cases of genuine duplicate transactions reported within 24 hours and before competition closure, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
